Dan Batten, III, SIOR |

Dan received a BA degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina and an MBA degree from the Citadel. Involved in the commercial real estate business since 1971, Dan was designated a CCIM in 1980 and an SIOR in 1981. He has served as president of both the South Carolina CCIM and the Carolinas SIOR Chapters.
In addition he has held several national positions in SIOR, the most recent being Regional Vice President. Dan completed a term on the South Carolina Department of Commerce's Advisory Council and is a past member of the City of Charleston and Charleston County Boards of Zoning Adjustment. Dan specializes in industrial and office brokerage and consulting. |

Charlie Moore, CCIM, SIOR |

|
Charlie has been a broker of commercial and industrial properties since 1981. He specializes in port-related industrial properties, office properties, and site acquisition. He represents both the Seller/Landlord as well as the Buyer/Tenant side of lease and sale transactions.
Charlie received his CCIM designation in 1990 and has served as President of the South Carolina Chapter of CCIM and the Commercial and Industrial Division of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors. He was recently honored as "Commercial Realtor of the Year" by his industry peers. Charlie is active in numerous professional, civic, and conservation organizations. |

Kit Regnery |

Kit received a BA degree from Presbyterian College and attended law school at The University of South Carolina. Kit has lived in Charleston since 1968 and was in the retail business for 25 years, owning and operating "Timeout Incorporated," a sports retail company. Since 1996 he has partnered with Buddy Bebergal specializing in the sale and leasing of retail properties in the Charleston Tri-County market. |

Buddy Bebergal |

Buddy received a BS degree from Georgia State. After college he was active in his family's retail business for 15 years. Later Buddy owned his own retail business which allowed him to meet large numbers of retail property owners and become involved in Charleston's growing commercial market. He has been involved in real state since 1990 and since 1996 he has partnered with Kit Regnery specializing in the sale and leasing of retail properties in the Charleston Tri-County market. |

Ashley Wilson |
 |
|
Ashley joined Batten & Moore, LLC in October of 2000 as Office Manager. Since joining she has obtained her real estate license and is currently a Broker Associate.
Being a native of South Carolina, Ashley has watched the continued growth in the Charleston area. She is a graduate of Summerville High School and received a BS in Business from Southern Wesleyan University.

Tim Weldon
A 2004 Graduate of the College of Charleston, Tim Weldon earned a BA in Historic Preservation and Community Planning. Mr. Weldon handles all aspects of Commercial Real Estate from representation of Landlords and Tenants to Buyers and Sellers in the Charleston Tri-County area. He specializes in vacant land, industrial, office, investment properties and is currently pursuing the prestigious CCIM designation. Previous to brokerage, Mr. Weldon worked as the director of Marketing for NAI Batten & Moore. He also assisted Charlie Moore, CCIM, SIOR with numerous transactions that included such clients as International Paper, Harbor National Bank, The Law offices of Barnwell Whaley Patterson & Helms, and since he began working in brokerage, Hardees. Some of his other clients include Greenway Development LLC and Epcon Communities, and The Humanities Foundation,-a division of James Doran Company. Tim also serves as an active member of the Charleston Rotary Club. Tim is also an active participant in the Lunch Buddies Mentoring Program, an initiative through Mayor Riley's office mentoring students at Mitchell Elementary in Downtown Charleston.

Thomas Smythe
Thomas Smythe was born and Raised in Charleston, SC. He graduated from The Taft School in Watertown, CT in 2000 and attended college at the University of the South (Sewanee) and graduated 2004 with a BA in History. Thomas most recently worked with NAI Norris, Beggs and Simpson in Portland, OR with a focus of leasing and sales of industrial properties. He is also a soccer coach with Daniel Island Soccer Academy.
